Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I got nervous when I saw all the "no" signs: no cell phone use, no kids without parents, etc. And judging by the four or five signs in the men's room, they want you to pee IN the toilet, not around it (evidently a local problem). But the food was good, reasonably priced, and the service was good and quick. And that's why you go out, right? Recommended!

They have good food. Was happy with my cheeseburger and fries! The service was good and food was too. Will be going back as my family loves it too. Would recommend

A huge variety of breakfast is available, and lunches are fantastic. Hands-down the best french fries you will find for 30 miles. The owner works her fingers to the bone, very community oriented. The owners support all of the local school options, 4H, FFA, and all of the local sports teams. And the owner can bake the most incredible cheesecake you have ever seen or tasted in your life! Molly, the owner, is a firecracker. She truly has an incredible personality, makes you want to come back and eat there again and again. The food is reasonably priced and there always is a lot of food served. The early-morning eclectic coffee crowd gathers around the tables and solve the worlds problems every day. Some really diverse types of hamburgers on the menu and french fries that are just out of this world. The owner is one of the most generous business owners in this town when it comes to community events and supporting local kids. We enjoy eating here and have never had a bad meal. Opens early every morning closes around three.very clean bathrooms and never a messy restaurant ! I have never had dirty silverware since this place opened, and that means a lot. No Wi-Fi, put your phone down and talk to the person you're eating with.

Great pancakes. The tiny downtown of Eagle Point is a mile or so off Crater Lake Highway where few outsiders venture unless they are seeking the historic Butte Creek Mill. The town is prosperous thanks greatly to the golf course and surrounding subdivisions of mostly well-off retirees at the east end of town. The Barbwire Grill is an unassuming traditional American food restaurant most tourists will not notice but it has good food and a western theme that is appropriate since there are several ranches around Eagle Point, one of which is famous for its quarter horses. (The best quarter horses in the country per Lyle Lovett.) On my last visit I got a 1/2 order of pancakes, sausage and egg with coffee for just $7.25. The pancake was huge, the sausage patty was small but you don't want to eat too much sausage anyhow. The burgers are also very good. And the food has to be good since the restaurant depends on the local folks who won't return if they don't like the place.

Had breakfast here the other day and it was friendly, kind of ugly inside and with a decent omelette. Have to try it again before I'd raise the stars, but I thought the menu could be broader (oatmeal, granola) and how tough is an omelette to make anyway.

Molly and the staff are awesome! The food is great, tastes and feels like home. The Chorizo is the best!

It's really hard to find a great breakfast at times. The thing is I like my gravy in the morning. And the bob wire is the place with fresh gravy made everyday. The service is great and the place is clean. And for lunch you have to try there club sandwich yummy. So the next time your ready to eat some great food stop at the bob wire in EaglePoint you will love it.

Solid little breakfast/lunch joint in downtown Eagle Point. Super cute western decor and very friendly service. I love to support a local, family-owned business, and the Barbwire Grill certainly is that! I recommend it to anyone who is in town and looking for a restaurant that's not a fast-food place. I will be back for sure!
